About the Role
The Sales Representative / Client Relations Officer will be the primary point of contact for our clients and prospective clients. This role is crucial in conveying the value of our courses, answering questions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment and payment process. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will play an essential role in achieving our sales goals, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting a positive experience with Bridges Academy.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales Conversion:
Actively engage with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs) to present our courses and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Develop a thorough understanding of all offered courses, including course structure, benefits, schedules, and instructor backgrounds, enabling you to confidently answer client questions and provide tailored guidance.
Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process by addressing any concerns, clarifying program details, and showcasing the benefits of Bridges Academy’s offerings.
Payment Processing & Follow-Up:
Accept payments and ensure all enrolled clients have completed payment requirements in a timely manner.
Manage and monitor payment statuses, following up as needed to confirm payments and answer any related inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and communication to facilitate smooth operations and financial tracking.
Client Support & Relationship Building:
Respond promptly and professionally to emails, phone calls, text messages, and social media messages from clients and prospective clients, fostering a strong, positive relationship.
Act as a trusted resource for clients, ensuring their questions are answered, concerns are addressed, and they feel supported throughout their experience with Bridges Academy.
Proactively reach out to clients before, during, and after their course to maintain relationships, encourage future enrollments, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Sales Strategy:
Work closely with the Executive Director and the Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns that drive course enrollment.
Share client insights and feedback with the Marketing and Course Development teams to improve offerings and marketing strategies.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing learning to stay updated on new courses, marketing strategies, and sales techniques.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, although not required.
3+ years of experience in sales, client relations, or customer service, preferably in education or e-learning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Friendly, engaging, and proactive attitude with a passion for helping clients find the right educational fit.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and payment tracking simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software, payment processing systems, and social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Executive Director and Marketing Manager to align on goals, campaigns, and strategies.
